Expertise
I have extensive experience partnering with stakeholders and executives to scope projects and identify value propositions, building trust in human-centered design. At Tangity, I managed multidisciplinary design teams in international settings, ensuring inclusion and integrity throughout the end-to-end design process.
As the lead designer, I spearheaded the development of new services and products across various industries, including energy, utilities, banking, and consumer products. Additionally, I supported executives in implementing strategic projects.
Transitioning from academia to industry has equipped me with the ability to blend research and design, enabling evidence-based decision-making for client-focused projects.
I also mentor and manage designers from diverse backgrounds, helping them improve their skills and gain recognition within the organisation.

Tangity, formerly Digital Entity, is an award-winning international design firm, part of NTT DATA Group, with operations in Europe, Latin America and Japan. Since the launch of the new brand in 2020, Tangity has focused on strengthening its end-to-end capabilities and international presence, creating a global network of over 450 design professionals.
As part of this fast-growing and ever-transforming environment, my role involved leading multidisciplinary and international design teams; delivering strategic projects requiring the interplay of design research and service design capabilities; mentoring designers; and contributing to developing the design culture across Tangity studios and NTT DATA.

Loughborough Design School, one of the UK’s premier Schools for Art & Design, prides itself on a foundation built upon aesthetic principles, technology, and user understanding. During my tenure as a PhD researcher, I formulated Human-Centered Design guidelines, providing design teams with a robust framework to craft meaningful privacy management experiences. Additionally, at the Politecnico di Milano, I collaborated as a Service Design researcher, contributing to projects aimed at propelling local development and social innovation by nurturing and supporting burgeoning communities of makers.

With over 5 years in the design industry, I have worked alongside various design firms, ensuring the successful delivery of products and services. Notable collaborations include working with DotDotDot to conceptualize an interactive exhibition for the MUSE of Trento, and partnering with DesignNetwork to conceive and implement the retail concept store for international clientele, such as Piquadro.
